- บริษัท โคลเวอร์เอ็กซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด (CLOVERX (THAILAND) CO., LTD.) เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บผ่านบริการนี้ ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562
2ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลที่คุณให้เอง เช่น ชื่อ ชื่อเล่น LINE ID จังหวัด ชื่อบัญชีโซเชียลมีเดีย และยอดผู้ติดตาม
- ข้อมูลจาก LINE เมื่อคุณทักเข้า LINE Official Account เช่น ชื่อที่แสดงและรูปโปรไฟล์
- ข้อมูลจาก TikTok เมื่อคุณเลือกเชื่อมบัญชี : open id ชื่อที่แสดง รูปโปรไฟล์ ลิงก์โปรไฟล์ สถานะยืนยันตัวตน ยอดผู้ติดตาม จำนวนไลก์และจำนวนวิดีโอ รวมถึงรายการวิดีโอสาธารณะ (ลิงก์ ภาพปก คำบรรยาย วันที่โพสต์ ยอดวิว ไลก์ คอมเมนต์ และแชร์)
- งานที่คุณส่ง เช่น ลิงก์โพสต์ ไฟล์คลิป และภาพหน้าจอยอด
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคที่จำเป็น เช่น เวลาที่ใช้งานและที่อยู่ IP เพื่อความปลอดภัย
- บริการนี้ไม่เก็บเลขบัตรประชาชน เลขผู้เสียภาษี หรือเลขบัญชีธนาคารของครีเอเตอร์
3วัตถุประสงค์
- คัดเลือกและติดต่อครีเอเตอร์สำหรับแคมเปญ
- ติดตามผลงานและรายงานผลแคมเปญให้แบรนด์
- คำนวณและจ่ายค่าตอบแทนตามข้อตกลง
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยของระบบ
- ฐานทางกฎหมาย : การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา ความยินยอมของคุณ (สำหรับการเชื่อมบัญชี) และประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
4การใช้ข้อมูลจาก TikTok
- ใช้เฉพาะเพื่อแสดงโปรไฟล์และยอดของวิดีโอที่คุณโพสต์ให้แคมเปญ ให้ทีมงานของบริษัทเห็นเท่านั้น
- ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณาแบบเจาะจงตัวบุคคล
- โทเคนการเข้าถึงถูกเข้ารหัสก่อนจัดเก็บ
5การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
- ทีมงานของบริษัทและแบรนด์ที่ร่วมแคมเปญกับคุณ (เฉพาะผลงานในแคมเปญนั้น)
- ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยเราดำเนินงาน เช่น ผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ ภายใต้ข้อตกลงรักษาความลับ
- หน่วยงานรัฐเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด
6ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา
- เก็บตลอดช่วงที่คุณร่วมงานกับบริษัท และไม่เกิน 3 ปีหลังงานสุดท้าย เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น
- เมื่อคุณยกเลิกการเชื่อม TikTok ระบบลบโทเคนทันทีและหยุดดึงข้อมูลใหม่
7สิทธิ์ของคุณ
- ขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับ หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล และขอถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ
- ยื่นเรื่องต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ หากเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
- ส่งคำขอได้ที่ info@cloverxth.com เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน
8ความปลอดภัย
- ใช้การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) เข้ารหัสโทเคน และจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเฉพาะทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

1Data controller
- CLOVERX (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (บริษัท โคลเวอร์เอ็กซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด) is the controller of personal data collected through this Service, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
2Data we collect
- Data you provide, such as name, nickname, LINE ID, province, social media handles and follower counts.
- Data from LINE when you message our LINE Official Account, such as display name and profile picture.
- Data from TikTok when you choose to connect: open id, display name, avatar, profile link, verified status, follower, like and video counts, and your public video list (link, cover image, caption, post date, view, like, comment and share counts).
- Work you submit, such as post links, video files and screenshots of results.
- Necessary technical data, such as time of use and IP address, for security.
- This Service does not collect creators' national ID numbers, tax ID numbers or bank account numbers.
3Why we use it
- To select and contact creators for campaigns.
- To track work and report campaign results to brands.
- To calculate and pay fees as agreed.
- To keep the Service secure.
- Legal bases: performance of a contract, your consent (for account connections) and legitimate interests.
4How we use TikTok data
- Only to show your profile and the results of videos you posted for a campaign, to the Company's team.
- We do not sell or rent it, and do not use it for personalised advertising.
- Access tokens are encrypted before storage.
5Sharing
- The Company's team and brands running a campaign with you (only your work in that campaign).
- Service providers who help us operate, such as cloud hosting, under confidentiality terms.
- Authorities when required by law.
6Retention
- For as long as you work with the Company and up to 3 years after your last job, unless the law requires longer.
- When you disconnect TikTok, the token is deleted immediately and no new data is fetched.
7Your rights
- You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent at any time.
- You may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe we break the law.
- Send requests to info@cloverxth.com. We reply within 30 days.
8Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted tokens and access limited to the staff who need it.
