ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ
1ขอบเขตของบริการ
- เว็บไซต์ member.cloverxth.com และหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง ("บริการ") ดำเนินการโดย บริษัท โคลเวอร์เอ็กซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ("บริษัท") ใช้สำหรับสมาชิก ลูกค้า และครีเอเตอร์ (KOL) ที่ร่วมงานกับบริษัท เช่น ดูสถานะงาน ส่งงาน และเชื่อมบัญชีโซเชียลมีเดียเพื่อรายงานผลงาน
- การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
2การเชื่อมบัญชี TikTok และแพลตฟอร์มอื่น
- คุณเลือกเชื่อมบัญชี TikTok ได้เอง ระบบขอสิทธิ์อ่านอย่างเดียว ได้แก่ ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์พื้นฐาน สถิติบัญชี และรายการวิดีโอสาธารณะพร้อมยอดวิว ไลก์ คอมเมนต์ และแชร์
- บริการไม่โพสต์ ไม่แก้ไข และไม่ลบสิ่งใดบนบัญชีของคุณ
- คุณยกเลิกการเชื่อมได้ทุกเมื่อจากหน้าของฉัน หรือจากการตั้งค่าแอปที่เชื่อมต่อในบัญชี TikTok ของคุณ
- การใช้ TikTok ยังอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของ TikTok ด้วย
3หน้าที่ของผู้ใช้
- ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นของคุณเอง
- ไม่ส่งต่อลิงก์ส่วนตัวของคุณให้ผู้อื่น
- ไม่ใช้บริการในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น หรือรบกวนการทำงานของระบบ
- คอนเทนต์ที่ส่งให้บริษัทต้องเป็นของคุณหรือได้รับอนุญาตแล้ว และใช้ตามข้อตกลงของแต่ละแคมเปญ
4ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
- ชื่อ โลโก้ และเนื้อหาของบริการเป็นของบริษัทหรือเจ้าของสิทธิ์
- สิทธิ์การใช้คอนเทนต์ของครีเอเตอร์เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงหรือสัญญาของแต่ละแคมเปญ
5ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
- บริษัทพยายามให้บริการทำงานได้ต่อเนื่องและถูกต้อง แต่ข้อมูลจากแพลตฟอร์มภายนอกอาจล่าช้าหรือคลาดเคลื่อนได้
- บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการหยุดให้บริการของแพลตฟอร์มภายนอก เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
6การระงับและการแก้ไขข้อกำหนด
- บริษัทอาจระงับการเข้าถึงหากพบการใช้งานที่ขัดต่อข้อกำหนดนี้
- บริษัทอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ โดยแสดงวันที่มีผลใหม่ที่หน้านี้
7กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
- ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

Terms of Service
1The service
- member.cloverxth.com and its related pages (the "Service") are operated by CLOVERX (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (the "Company") for members, customers and creators (KOLs) working with the Company, for example to view job status, submit work and connect social media accounts to report campaign results.
- By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2Connecting TikTok and other platforms
- Connecting your TikTok account is optional. We request read-only access to your basic profile, account statistics and your public video list with view, like, comment and share counts.
- The Service never posts, edits or deletes anything on your account.
- You can disconnect at any time from your page in the Service or from the connected apps settings of your TikTok account.
- Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own terms.
3Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information that belongs to you.
- Do not share your personal link with others.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, or disrupt the Service.
- Content you submit must be yours or properly licensed, and is used under the agreement of each campaign.
4Intellectual property
- Names, logos and content of the Service belong to the Company or their owners.
- Usage rights for creator content follow the agreement or contract of each campaign.
5Limitation of liability
- We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but data from third-party platforms may be delayed or inaccurate.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for losses caused by outages of third-party platforms.
6Suspension and changes
- We may suspend access when use breaks these Terms.
- We may update these Terms and will show the new effective date on this page.
7Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
